The website https://fundacionxana.org/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), which is owned by XANA Foundation (hereinafter, the “Owner”), uses cookies and other similar tracking technologies in order to collect information about the use of the website.
In compliance with the provisions set forth in Article 22 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the purpose of this Cookies Policy is to inform users in a clear and precise manner about the cookies that the website uses to collect information.

1. What are cookies?

The Owner of the Website is the Data Controller of the user’s personal data and informs you that the data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
