At the Xana Foundation, we want to share what we are and what we do, transparently communicating the relevance of our activities and management. The Xana Foundation was founded with the goal of working with commitment, rigor, and sensitivity to help families suffering the impact of a son or daughter's illness.

Purpose of the entity, mission and activities

The Xana Foundation, with CIF G-56290885, is registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Generalitat of Catalonia, with registration number 3372, on January 8, 2024. It is classified as a charitable foundation, and is therefore subject to Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage.

The mission of the Xana Foundation is to support children and adolescents suffering from serious illnesses in vulnerable situations, as well as their families, through a comprehensive approach that considers physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The Xana Foundation has a reporting channel available to all stakeholders: employees, volunteers, donors, beneficiaries and/or suppliers. This channel has been created exclusively to report irregularities, unlawful acts or crimes.
